This explains what NotaryLift collects, why, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It covers notarylift.com and everything you use on it.
1. What you give us
- Your email address— to run the audit, send you the report, and let you back into your dashboard
- Your Google Maps link and the area you work in — to find the right business profile
- Your website address, when you have one, so we can check what it says
- A password, if you choose to set one. It is stored hashed, never in readable form, and we cannot see it.
By submitting the form you agree that we may store your email address and use it to deliver your audit, send you your report and related messages about your profile, and contact you about your purchase. You can have it deleted at any time — see section 8.
2. What we collect about your business
To produce an audit we retrieve information that is already publicly visibleon your Google Business Profile — things like your business name, category, hours, photos, posts, review count and rating — and we read the public pages of your website. We use a third-party data service (Apify) to collect it.
We never log in to your Google account, never ask for your Google password, and cannot make any change to your profile.
3. Payment information
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and we never see, receive, or store your card number, expiry, or security code. We keep only the fact that a purchase happened, the amount, and Stripe’s reference for it.
4. Automated analysis
The wording of your report is generated with the help of an AI service (Anthropic’s Claude API), which receives the audit findings and your business name and city in order to write it. Your password and payment details are never sent to it.
5. Analytics and session recording
This site uses Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Microsoft Clarity. Contentsquare and Clarity can record how you interact with pages — mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps — and replay it as a session recording, so we can see where the site confuses people.
These tools set cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location and usage data. You can block them with your browser’s privacy settings, an ad blocker, or a “do not track” extension, and the site will still work.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what each of these needs to do its job:
- Stripe— payment processing
- Resend— sending your report and account email
- Apify— collecting public profile data
- Anthropic— generating report wording
- Vercel and Turso— hosting and database
- Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Microsoft Clarity — site analytics
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. How long we keep it
Audits, reports and account records are kept while your account is active so you can return to your dashboard, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
8. Your choices
- Unsubscribe— every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Emails about a purchase you made are not marketing and are sent regardless.
- Deletion— email us and we will delete your account, your audits and your email address. We may keep the minimum purchase record the law requires.
- Access or correction— ask us for a copy of what we hold, or to correct it.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honour them.
9. Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and card details never reach our systems. No service can promise perfect security, and we cannot guarantee it — but we do not hold the information that would be most damaging to lose.
10. Children
The service is for business use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top.
